We accept returns in original condition (unworn, with tags attached). Only credit notes will be issued for discounted products. All returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

The sizes for the dog collars from our collections are as follows:

Measurements are taken from the outer left edge of the leather to the first hole or from the outer left edge of the leather to the last hole when the collar is lying down.

Attention:

If you are between two sizes and can't decide which size to choose, we recommend you choose the larger size. The circumference of the collar can differ by approx. 1-2cm from the actual length due to the thickness of the collar.
