Shipping is worldwide from our warehouse in Germany with DHL.

GERMANY
From an order value of 100.00 € we take over the shipping costs for you! Below an order value of €100.00, the shipping costs within Germany are €4.95.

EUROPE
From an order value of 100.00 € we take over the shipping costs for you! Below an order value of €100.00, the shipping costs within Europe are €6.95.

REST OF THE WORLD

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for countries outside Europe depend on the destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping provider may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by ALECOO.

All ALECOO orders are lovingly packaged and sent in the durable ALECOO box. You will be informed about the shipment with a tracking email. Please use shipment tracking to ensure that your ALECOO package gets to you without any problems. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
